Superstar Celine Dion will be celebrating her 46th birthday this weekend with a cake made by Welsh chef Graham Tinsley. The chef, who manages the globetrotting Welsh National Culinary Team, was asked to create the cake during an engagement-packed, 10-day visit to Canada.
During the trip, Mr Tinsley gave presenter Danielle McGimsie from the Canadian entertainment show Etalk a masterclass on creating the roses for the cake for a programme which will be broadcast on March 30 to correspond with Ms Dion’s birthday.
