Celine Dion super-fan Richard Dunn, now known worldwide for his 2 a.m. video of her hit remake “All By Myself” filmed via his cell phone at our Las Vegas McCarran Airport, returned to the Strip with family and friends Friday night to celebrate the Fourth of July Weekend with the Caesars Palace superstar headliner.
Richard filmed his incredible video posted on YouTube last month while stranded overnight in our empty airport after giving up seats on two Delta flights home to Atlanta in exchange for travel vouchers for a return visit. Richard had moved from Canada to Atlanta as a video engineer designer.
Richard and his family and friends flew in for the holiday weekend, as Vegas DeLuxe had reported would happen, and met with Celine after her performance Friday night. They posed for a group photograph.
He said afterward: “This is a once-in-a-lifetime memory I never thought would happen but will last forever.”
