February 25, 2007, Celine Dion took part in 79th Academy Awards (Oscars), at the Kodak Theatre, in Los Angeles. During the ceremony, she performed the song 'I Knew I Loved You' in a special tribute to Italian composer Ennio Morricone, who composed the music for the 1984 Sergio Leone movie, 'Once Upon a Time in America'. The green gown she wore on the red carpet was designed by John Galliano. In the evening, Celine Dion took part in the '2007 Vanity Fair Oscar Party'.
